What is the difference between a PT Handcart and a Metering Handcart?

What electrical data is needed for a Fuse Handcart?

Can an Isolation Handcart be moved or operated under load?

No. An Isolation Handcart does not make or break load current and must not be racked in or out under load. Its permitted positions, locking system and operating sequence must follow the switchgear interlock design.
